Once you contact us, we will arrange a pre-move survey. This is where one of are move coordinator will work out the volume of your household goods. All our move coordinator are highly experienced in the moving industry.

The move-coordinator will spend time explaining the moving process in detail.

During the survey, they will walk around your house with you, making a detailed inventory of the item you with to move. They will estimate the volume of you goods.

Our international professional packing team and are fully trained and do this everyday. Using Carrs Carriers packing service leaves you very little left to do. The removal/packing crew will be advised in advance of any special requirements that you may have and, of course, you will be able to discuss and arrange any last minute inclusions or alterations with them at the time of your move.

Once our partners have delivered your goods, they will unpack it for you on to a flat surface. The rubbish is taken away the packing materials for recycling. We offer full marine insurance cover through Royal and Sun Alliance
